Full Description

{1} Circa 1758 with additions 1777. Red brick, 2 storeys and attics, floor band, stone quoins. 5 sash windows under flat arches. Glazed porch. West wing of coursed rubble, stone slates, stone coped side gables. Low brick connecting wing with castellated parapet. Built for the Rev James Henney, author of "Meditations among the Tombs". Additions for the Rev Robert Knight. VCH, IV, p111.

{4} Of stone, partly faced with red brick, built shortly before 1758. Additions of 1777.
