Full Description

{1} Later C19 in Tudor style. Yellow brick, stone dressings, Welsh slated roof with 3 gables. 2 storeys and attics, casement windows under dripmoulds. Single storey embattled closed porch. Gothic style conservatory on south side. Included for group value. Beaumont Villa, Sunnyside and Springfield form a group.
