Full Description

{1} Circa 1840, former half of a symmetrical front with No 8 Spencer Parade. Ashlar now painted as stucco, hipped Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, quoins, plinth, floor and sill bands, bracketed cornice, blocking course. Block in centre has 2 sash windows in architrave surrounds, central dummy window. Door and rectangular fanlight with glazing bars in architrave surround under cornice on consoles. Wing on right at an angle has 2 storey canted bay, attics. On left 3 window extension and modern 2 window wing. No. 1 forms part of a group with Nos. 1 to 8 Spencer Parade.
