{1} 1865 by E W Godwin. Formerly known as St Martin's Villa. Red brick with stone dressings, Welsh slated roof. Gothic style. 2 storey gabled wings, 3 storey centre. 1:4:1 windows. Floor and sill bands. 4 central first floor windows have carved stone lintels. Stone colonettes form mullions.
