Building record 2416/0/377 - No.12 North Street

House constructed 1661, orignally part of 10, North Street.

Originally part of 1 house with No 10. Under same roof, and right of centre has a bay similar to that on No 10 with date stone in gable;- A.H, B.H., MDCLXI. 3 storeys, in stone with stone slate roof. 3 finials, as to No 10. Dormer to left, built down to eaves. One 3-light mullioned window over similar. 5-light bay has mullions. Plain low doorway off centre to the left. All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
