Building record 2416/0/2 - War Memorial At South End of New Street

Stone pillar in New Street erected in memory of the men of Oundle who fell in the Great War 1914-18, surmounted by a metal cross and stands on a raised base of four steps.

{1} Post 1918. A simple structure consisting of a stone obelisk and squared plinth with bronze ball and cross finial, mounted on stone steps with chain guard on short stone posts. All listed buildings in New Street form a group.
