Full Description
{1} Rabbit warren (or coneygree) enclosure walls. Probably medieval coursed limestone rubble with caly mortar and cement capping. About 1.5 metres to 2 metres tall and from about 60cm to 90cm thick. The enclosure is approximately rectangular on plan and the south end of the east side incorporates the west wall of a barn (barn approximately 30m south west of number 57 Prebendal Manor House (qv). There is a gateway on the north side to Woodnewton Road. It encloses an area of about 0.8 hectares.
