Summary

A 17th century house located on the eastern side of Forest Approach. It is built of squared coursed limestone with a Collyweston slate roof. The building is two stories high with an attic range lit by glazed roof panels. The main facade has a two window range of three light stone mullioned windows with casements above. In the centre is a plank entrance door with a hayloft door to its left. The house is now used as an outbuilding.

Full Description

{1} House, now outbuilding. C17. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally probably 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 3 bays. 2-window range with C17 three-light stone mullion windows at ground floor and casement windows, under wood lintels, at first floor. Central plank door and hayloft door to left. Glazed roof panels to attic. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
