Summary

A house that was built during the early 19th century situated on the northern side of Stamford Road. The house is built of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof and stone chimney stacks at the gable ends. The road facade has a two window range of sashes under gauged stone heads to the first floor and a bay window to the ground floor left with an entrance door on the right. The door has a rectangular fanlight and a flat porch roof on brackets.

Full Description

{1} House. Early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit terrace plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of 6-paned sash windows, at first floor, under gauged stone head. Early C19 bow window to ground floor, has sash windows, with glazing bars, and a dentilled cornice. 6-panel door, to right, with C20 hood. Stone stack at end. Some C20 windows to rear. Interior not inspected.
