Summary
A 17th century farmhouse with attached outbuildings located on the northern side of Park Street to the north east of Colemans Lane. The buildings are constructed of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof and ashlar ridge and end stacks. The main house range has an irregular three window range of casements with a door and a four light stone mullioned window to centre left and a fire window in the centre. The outbuilding has a lower eaves line and three irregularly spaced casement windows and a central brick chimney stack. The building is now house with 18th and 19th century alterations.

Full Description
Farmhouse, now house. C17 and C18 with C19 alterations. Regular coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally probably 2-unit plan, now 3-unit. 2 storeys. Irregular 3-window range of C19 casements, under wood lintels; those at first floor are under eaves. 4-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullion window to ground floor left of centre has hood mould over. Fire window to centre. C20 door, under wood lintel, to far left. Ashlar stacks at ridge and end. Range attached to left has lower eaves and Collyweston slate roof. 3 irregularly spaced casement windows under wood lintels. Part of this range is outbuildings. Central brick stack. Interior: centre room has stop-chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with bressumer. Room to left also has open fireplace with bressumer.
