Full Description

{1} 2 houses [with No 32]. C17 and C18. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roofs. Each originally probably 2-unit plan. Single storey with attics. Together comprising an irregular 5-window range of C20 casements under C20 concrete lintels. 2 six-panel doors, under similar lintels, between window ranges. 4 gabled eaves dormers, with C19 style casement windows. Differing ridge lines between dwellings. Stone stacks at ridge and ends. Left gable has wall thickening with a rendered coping and rounded orner. C19 extensions to rear. Interior of No.30 not inspected but noted as having former cross passage. Room to left of No.32 has C18 plaster ceiling with scroll leaf decoration and plain cornice. Included for group value.
