Summary

An early to mid 19th century house located behind Number 53 on the western side of Church Street. The building is two stories high and is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with stone gable chimney stacks. The facade has a two window range of unhorned sashes with stone lintels to the first floor, above simlar ground floor windows with keystones.

Full Description

{1} House. Early/mid C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of 8-paned, unhorned, sash windows under stone lintels; those at ground floor have keyblocks. Central 6-panel door with glazed toplights and similar head. C19 wooden porch. Stone stacks at ends. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
