Summary
A 17th century house that is situated on the western side of Church Street. The building is constructed of coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with a stone chimney stack to the rear. The house is single story with an attic floor that is lit by a single gabled eaves dormer window. The entrance facade has a range of two and three light stone mullion windows with hood moulds with a small leaded window on the right of the centre and a door on the far right. The house was restored during the 20th century.

Full Description
{1} House. C17 restored C20. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally one-unit plan. Single storey with attic. 2-window range of 2- and 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion windows with hood moulds. Narrow leaded window, to right of centre, under wood lintel. Gabled eaves dormer, with C19 casement, to left and C20 roof window to right. C20 door to far right is also under wood lintel. Rebuilt internal stone stack at rear, also eaves dormers and some C20 openings. Interior not inspected.

The house was restored during the 20th century when some doors and windows were added. The house is a Grade II Listed Building.
