{1} Pair of houses. Early C19 for Brudenell family of Deene Hall. Pale red brick with Collyweston slate roof. Single-unit plans with scullery. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 4-window range. House to left has leaded casements and house to right has C19 casements, all under shallow brick arches. C19 doors to far left and right are under similar heads. Hipped roof with central brick stack. Small single-storey range to rear. Interior noted as having simple C19 features with exposed rafters.
