Summary
A mid 18th century house and attached outbuilding with 19th and 20th century additions is situated on the eastern side of Stamford Road, at its junction with Green Lane. It is built of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with ashlar parapets and chimney stacks on the ridge and at each gable. The house is two stories high with an attic range lit by a single hipped roof dormer window to the right and two skylight windows to the centre and left. The entrance front has a three window range of two light casements under wooden lintels to both floors. The entrance is at the centre right and is covered by a wooden gabled porch. The outbuilding is attached to the left and has a two light casement window with a door to its right. The outbuilding is believed to have been a shop but is now a part of the house.
