Summary

A single story outbuilding to Dial House is situated on the western side of the High Street, about 15 metres south of Dial House. The building is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with an ashlar chimney stack at the northern gable end. The street facing facade has a three light ovolo moulded stone mullion window to the centre right and a stable door to the far right. The outbuilding was converted into a garage during the 20th century and has a garage door to the west.

Full Description

{1} House, now outbuilding and garage. C17. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally, probably, 2-unit plan. Single storey. 2 bays, one window range with 3-light, ovolo-moulded, stone mullion window. Stable door to right under wood lintel. Rear elevation has C20 garage door. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
