Summary

A mid 18th century house that is now converted into two dwellings is situated on the southern side of the Main Street. The house has been constructed of squared coursed limestone and brick with a double pitch tiled roof with chimney stacks at the gable ends. The principle facade has a four window range of casements under timber lintels to the first floor, above two central doors divided by a small window and three light casements to the far left and far right.

Full Description

{1} House, now 2 dwellings. Probably mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with C20 plain tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 4-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. 2 plank doors to left and right of centre have window between. Brick stacks at ends. Noted as having stone mullioned window to rear. Interior not inspected but probably has remains of open fireplace. Included for group value.
