Full Description

{1} Churchyard cross. Probably medieval. Limestone ashlar. Tall square shaft set in rectangular slab.

{3} A possible medieval churchyard cross in St Peters Churchyard. The shaft is 2.3m high with broken head; in stone. Located at TL00628183; plan and location included;

{4} Undated photo;

{5} Situated at TL 0062 8183 is the shaft of a churchyard cross. It has a present height of 2.3m the head is broken. There is no inscription and no local knowledge was gained regarding this monument. The shaft stands in a stone base (not a socket stone) that is possibly not original. See photograph.
