Full Description
{1} Public house, now house. Late C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. Central C20 door has side casements with glazing bars, all under single wood lintel. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks, with moulded cornices, at ends. Segmental carriage arch attached to right forms part of facade of No.82 (q.v.). Interior: room to left has open fireplace with bressumer and spin beams. Formerly the Foresters Arms Public House.
