Full Description
{1} Accommodation bridge over canal. 1810-14 with slight C20 alterations. Probably designed by Benjamin Bevan. Brick. Single elliptical arch. String course. Solid parapets with brick and cement copings. Buttress piers with stone copings. Cast iron rope fenders on arch to towpath side. Cast iron oval plate inscribed with number 2 on south side over arch. One of a good series of 'standard design' bridges on this canal.
