Full Description
{1} House. Datestone 1761. Brick with lias plinth and slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic, 5-window range. Central part-glazed 4-panelled door has moulded stone architrave and bracketed cornice over. Sash windows have moulded stone architraves with bracketed cornices to ground floor windows. String course between floors. Large pilasters at corners. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, and moulded cornices. Brick stacks at ends. Front probably remodelled early C19. Datestone in extension to rear. Interior has C18 staircase with quarter landings and 2 turned balusters to each tread.
