Full Description

{1} Public house, now house. Probably mid C18. Cob and brick, now rendered, with slate roof. Original 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range of late C19 casements. Central door now window. Tall brick stacks at ridge and end. Left gable partially rebuilt in brick. Rear similar with late C18 brick extension projecting to left and C20 door and porch. Interior not inspected. Included as an example of cob construction.
