Full Description
{1} House. Mid C19. Regular coursed lias with ashlar dressings. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys, 3-window range. Central C19 glazed door under 4-centred moulded stone head. 2- and 3-light stone mullion windows. Centre breaks forward with gable. Ashlar gable parapets and tall brick and stone stacks at end. Interior has hatch in entrance hall probably used for collecting estate rent. Originally part of a group of estate service buildings including The Dairy, Court House, Court Lodge and No. 2 Court Cottages (q.v.).
