Full Description

{1} Dairy now house. Datestone LL/1848. Squared coursed lias with ashlar dressings. Octagonal plan. 2 storeys, 2-light stone mullion windows. C20 glazed doors to left with datestone above. Plain parapet. Conical roof with octagonal ventilator and lead cupola. 2-storey wing attached to rear has C20 windows and doors. Interior not inspected. Originally part of a group of estate service buildings including Courthouse, Whistlefield, Court Lodge and No.2 Court Cottages (q.v.).
