Full Description

{1}House. Mid C19. Regular coursed lias with ashlar dressings. 2-unit plan with gabled cross wing to right. 2 storeys, 2-window range. Central glazed door with 4-centred moudled stone arch surround. Canted stone bay to right and early C20 squared stone bay to left. First-floor casement has moulded stone surround. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and tall brick and stone stacks at ends. Originally part of a group of estate service buildings including The Dairy, Court Lodge and No. 2 Court Cottages and Whistlefield (q.v.). Included for group value.
