{1} Chest tomb. Probably late C17. Squared coursed lias and ashlar. Panel at front with inscription. "Here lyeth the body of Grace Garret, Daughter to Thomas Garret and Elizabeth his wife". One of a group including those headstones 18m. and 19m. north of the nave (q.v.).
