Full Description

{1} Public house. Mid C18. Regular coursed lias with slate roof. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys, 2-window range of casements with leaded lights, that to right at first floor is probably C18. All under wood lintels, some with ashlar dressings. Brick stacks at ridge and end. C20 entrance at rear. Interior has remains of open fireplace with bressumer. Included for group value with Carey Cottage (q.v).
