Full Description

{1} Public house. Datestone 1680/RNA. Regular coursed lias with slate roof. Originally probably 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of 3-light stone mullioned windows with hood moulds. Single light fire window to left has moulded stone surround. Cellar entrance to right. Gables above first floor windows have ashlar parapets and kneelers. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Datestone in left gable has clover leaf pattern. Extension to left: 2-window range of 3-light stone mullioned windows, probably C19. C19 door with flat hood and brick flight to right. C19 extensions to rear.
