Full Description

{1} Country House. Late C18, early C19 and early C20. Stuccoed lias with slate roof. Complex plan. 2 storeys. Garden front, centre reputedly c.1825 of 5-window range of sashes with glazing bars having moulded stucco architraves. Central glazed door with similar surround. Parapet of open balustrade added in late C19. 2-window range to left in similar style is probably late C18. 2-window range breaking forward to right in similar style is probably late C19 or early C20. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Entrance front in similar style retains porch with pairs of columns of c.1825 with shallow gable over. The house was originally a C18 farmhouse.
