Full Description

{2} SP 7188 7008: In Spratton churchyard to the south east of the south door is the old cross. Two steps, the socket and the square bevelled shaft of a medieval churchyard cross.

{4} Plan: illustration and elevation.

{5} Churchyard Cross. Mid C14. Chamfered limestone shaft set in lead has lias base of 3 steps, each chamfer has a broach stop terminating in a worn foliated boss. The upper step to the base has decorated corners. Top of shaft missing.
