Full Description

{1} Two houses and former bakehouse. Late C18, with C19 alterations. Regular coursed lias with slate roof. Each house originally of 2-unit plan with central entrance, together forming 5-window range of sashes with glazing bars, flat arched heads to openings. Entrance to the Old Bakehouse has C19 6- panelled door with C20 porch. Moulded stone cornice and ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, brick stacks at ridge and ends. Left house is former bakehouse and has first-floor plank door to floor left with table door below. Interior: Original C19 bakery coal-fired oven.
