Full Description

House, now 2. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Regular coursed lias with ashlar dressings; patterned plain tiled roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2- storey 6-window range. Projecting C19, 2-storey porch with gable, between window 2 and 3 from left, has entrance with 4-centred head and 4-panelled door. Casement window with glazing bars and moulded stone heads and surrounds. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, left gable has sundial. C19 ironstone and brick extensions to rear of Brampton Green; C20 alte :> of Brampton Cottage. Interior: principal rooms have fielded panelled shutters.
