Granary. Mid C19. Built by the Spencer family. Squared coursed lias with slate roof. Originally 1-unit, 2 storeys. Central first floor door with brick and stone external flight. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers. 2 stable doors at rear. The Spencers were leading C19 agriculturalists and this building is an example of part of a range of unaltered commercial farm buildings.
