Full Description

{1} House, Late C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Lias coursed rubble with slate roof. 4-unit plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Projecting porch with side entrance between first and second bays from left has 6-panelled C19 door with simple moulded surround and flat hood. Sash windows with original thick glazing bars to ground floor of porch. Two 3-light stone mullion windows to right of porch and one other to porch. Remaining windows are 3-light casements with leaded lights under wood lintels. Shallow pitched roof with brick ridge and end stacks. Evidence in stonework of arched entrance to front of porch. Interior: fielded panelled shutters to ground floor rooms with stone mullions, may originally have been more than one house.
