Full Description

{1} House. Dated 1735. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick end stacks. Two-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central rectangular one-light window. 3-light casement windows either side to ground and first floor, a 2-light casement first floor centre, all with timber lintels. Datestone inscribed F/RE/1735 with hood mould in left gable end. Stone coped gable with kneelers to right. Entrance to rear in C20 porch. Interior has bar-stop-chamfered spine beams, open fireplace with chamfered cambered bressumer with bar stops, and stud partitions.
