Full Description

{1} Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick with flared headers, slate roof, brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. 6-panel door to left of centre with overlight and gauged brick lintel with keyblock in C19 timber porch, a bay window to left with C19 tripartite sash, a canted bay window to right with C19 large pane horned sashes, sash window with similar large pane horned sashes to far right with gauged brick lintel and keyblock; similar windows to first floor. Limestone plinth, cellar window with timber lintel to right, storey band, brick nogged eaves cornice and stone-coped gables with kneelers. C19 brick extensions of one and two storeys to rear. Attached boxed pump by back door to rear. Formerly the Bull Inn.
