Full Description

{1} House. Dated 1788. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof and brick end stacks. 2-unit central staircase plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central part-glazed door with moulded wood surround and timber lintel, horned sash window above door and tripartite horned sashes left and right to ground and first floors all with timber lintels. Chamfered plinth, moulded stone eaves and stone coped gables with kneelers. Datestone in right gable inscribed L/M/1788. Interior has stop-chamfered spine :> 8. Interior has stop-chamfered spi :> ursed squared ironstone, corrugated iron roof, brick end stack. Two-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Part-glazed door to right with moulded wood frame to timber lintel. 2-light casements throughout with timber lintels. Quoins and brick coped gable of demolished cottage next door to right. Interior not inspected.
