Cottage. Dated 1611. Coursed squared ironstone, alternate courses of large and thin stones, brick eaves, corrugated iron roof, brick end stacks, that to right on stone bases. One-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Plank door with gabled hood to right. 2-light C20 casements to ground and first floors with timber lintels. Datestone inscribed AD 1611/TC above door. Quoins. Interior: stop-chamfered spine beams, open fireplace with chamfered bressumer. Newel stair. Former :>
