Full Description

{1} Cottage approx. E of Woodcroft GV II Cottage. Early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, corrugated iron roof, stone end stack to right with brick top. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range. Central plank door with chamfered wood surround and timber lintel. Small square window to left, three-light casement to right, both with timber lintels. 2-light first floor casement windows, that to left with H hinges. Single-storey lean-to on left side. Interior noted as having open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer and stop-chamfered spine beams. Formerly thatched.

{4} The cottage was de-listed in 2025 due to the extent of alteration and loss of historic fabric to the extent that it no longer retains any special interest.
