Cottage. C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, thatch roof, brick end and ridge stacks. Lobby-entry plan. Single storey and attic, 3-window range. 2-panel part-glazed door with timber architrave frame and C20 hood extending over canted bay to right. Canted bay window to left and at left end a 6-pane window with timber lintel. Two 2-light C20 casement windows with eyebrow dormers to first floor left. Stone coped gable with kneelers to left gable. Interior: stop-chamfered spine beam and remains of open f :> n.
