Full Description

{1} House. C18. Ironstone ashlar, brick to rear. C20 slate roof with one brick stack to right end, and one to rear. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. Main façade has two C18 wood casements, one to each storey, to right of C19 wood part-glazed door. Continuous wood lintel to door and window on ground storey. Left side facing road has two C19 horned sashes with wood sills and wood lintels above. Corners have quoins and gables are coped with kneelers. C19 brick workshop wing to rear. Included for group value.

{3} This small two storey brick built workshop of circa 1870, is attatched to the corner of 69 High Street, an earlier stone built house and is reached via a narrow passage extending northwards from the streets between 67 and 69. The south front has a roughly central entrance and a large three light window on each floor, placed in each case opposite the passage for maximum light.
