{1} Outbuilding. C17. Squared coursed ironstone. Tile roof. Stone stack to right. 2 storeys and attic; 2 bays. Doorways with wood lintels in left bay and second and third bays from left. 2-light casement window in moulded stone frame with square hood in right bay. One-light window with moulded stone frame in right bay on the first floor: originally 2-lights with stone mullion, the stump of which remains. 2-light stone-mullion window with moulded stone frame to left. Nogged brick cornice. Coped gable end and kneelers. Two 2-light stone-mullioned windows to ground floor at rear. Similar window to first floor. Interior not inspected but said to have open fireplace.
