Full Description
{1} Cross. 1939 by Sir Edwin Lutyens. Portland stone. Three steps at base, hollow chamfered plinth. Foot of cross has 4 step-backs with shouldered heads. Tapering six-sided shaft with blunt headed cross with short arms. Part of the memorial to the second Viscount Wimborne, died 1939, together with the altar tomb (q.v.).
