{1} Group of kerbstones. Late C17th, restored C20, for Sir Christopher Hatton IV. Limestone ashlar. Forming edging to pathways and planting beds in the Great Garden. Owned by Winchelsea estate in guardianship of EH. Kirby Hall is scheduled as an ancient monument. Included for group value. (Kirby Hall garden is included in the HBMC County Register of gardens at Grade II*).
