C20 shop door to right of centre with wood lintel. 3-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors with wood lintel. 2-window section to left of centre has old C18 or early C19 raising. Lower 2-storey, 1-window extension to right with dormer window. Interior has stop-chamfered spine beams and stone cellar.

{3} Analsis, plan, section and photographs. According to a 1728 survey of Potterspury, this site, at the corner of the High Street and Berrywell Lane (now Woods Lane), was occupied by a four-bay house attached to a three-bay house, all under single ownership. The orignal house was of one and a half storeys, for which there is clear evidence in the north gable wall. Upgraded to two storeys in the 18th century and likely that it had been reduced to two bays by this time. In the 19th century a building of two storeys was built against the east gable wall of the house, followed by another building of one and half storeys beyond it.
