Full Description
{1} Cottage. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble, thatch roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-storey, 4-window range. 3-unit plan. Panel door to left of centre with wood lintel. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floor, except for 16-pane sash window to right of door; all have wood lintels. Brick-coped gables. Brick single-storey lean-to extension to right. Interior: not inspected but likely to be of interest. Built, according to deeds possessed by owner, in 1752.
