Description from record 2768/0/1:
{1} Another area with plentiful Roman pottery lay 100yds to the south-west of the Roman burial site [TL046927]. In the bank of the Southwick Brook south of the burial foundations could also be seen.

{2} A scatter of building material and C3rd-C4th pottery identified, along with one flint scraper. TL044924.

{3} An area of about 10ha centred on TL043925 contains a dense scatter of Roman pottery, mainly Nene Valley wares, as well as flue and roof tiles, and limestone rubble. A series of buildings is indicated.

{5} Fieldwalking survey has recovered a dense scatter of Roman pot sherds including colour coated sherds, roof and flue tiles and limestone rubble, the latter probably building stone. Plan: 25" and surface scatter plot.
