Summary

A house that was built in the first half of the 19th century is situated to the east of the High Street, behind the Post Office and School. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch stone slate roof with stone chimney stacks at the gable ends. It is single story with an attic range lit by two gabled dormer windows on the southern slope of the roof. The south facing facade has a central door flanked by casement windows all under timber lintels. The west gable seems to have masonry from a demolished building attached to the wall and chimney stack.
