Summary
A 17th century house that was converted into two houses and a shop in the mid 19th century are situated on the northern side of Todds Hill, west of the junction with the High Street. The building is constructed of squared coursed limestone with double and single pitch Collyweston slate roofs. The building is of three ranges with the oldest part furthest down the hill on the east. This part has three casement windows to the first floor and an ovolo moulded two light stone mullion window to the far left of the ground floor. A door under a stone lintel is located to the centre left and a door with a multi paned shop window is on the far right. The middle range is the tallest and has a single sash window to the first floor right above a plank door with a sash window to its left. The right return of this range has a scar on the masonry from a former gable. The eastern range is single story with a mono pitch roof and an ogee headed door with a keyblock to the far left.
