Full Description

{1} Along the northern edge a thin subsoil was removed and 45cm of limestone excavated a rougly oval area of soil and loose stone was uncovered. The feature was interpreted as a well. A cast iron pump was found among the loose infill. No intact well structure was revealed. No pre modern artefacts were uncovered.
